My first MMI is something I've had on my to-do list since LAST SUMMER! I finally got around to doing it last week. My boyfriend bought me a sewing machine for my birthday in March and this was my first sewing project! I had received two directors chairs for free last summer and had big plans of painting them white and making new seat covers. Here's how they turned out!!
I just love the chevron :)
Next up, I spent many long hours sweating in the 90+ degree CT weather {not to mention the humidity!} to complete this dresser renovation:
BEFORE
AFTER :)
I'm going to start working on refinishing the nightstands this week! My last home made it is a starburst mirror made out of skewers {yes, what you use to grill food on!}...such an inexpensive and quick house decoration!!
Now, on to my classroom made its! I'm jumping onto the "brag tag" bandwagon this year! I've read such great things about them and decided to give them a try. I always like to try and create things myself so that it matches my style, so I created a few brag tag collections that are available to purchase at my TPT store:
Brag Tags Collection {Modern}
Brag Tags Homework Club Edition
Brag Tags Reading Goal Edition
Brag Tags Super Student Edition
And my LAST classroom MMI {I know, longest post ever!} is a collection of coupons and tickets to use in your classroom. I am going to be using them with my Chevron & Chalkboard Clip Chart instead of a treasure box this year.

You should contact Miss Nelson. She probably knows how to upload them since hers are under 100MB. She's been making them for awhile now. missnelsonattpt@yahoo.com
